silane vs. siloxane vs. lithium silicate

I have a suspended concrete porch over steel decking. I want to provide the best long term waterproofing I can to prevent the decking from rusting out. I don't need a densifier, just waterproofing. Concrete is 5" thick 3500 psi and has been curing for 2 months now.

Each vendor lists different pro's and con's and widely variable coating performance lifespans. I know we have a few reps on this forum so I want to hear their suggestions.

You want a densifier under a waterproofer. We have been doing extensive testing on ALL the popular industry products vs. our own.

First, there is no clear cut industry leader. They all do a "decent" job. However even the least of the products out there predicated by a densifier performed much better.

Our Silax-Seal predicated by our HD37 densifier performed well.

TL39 concrete densifier could do it in one step. A better solution would be TL37 followed by TL021. Silax-Seal over HD37 also make a lot of sense per Scotties suggestion.

If you go the TL021 route and you really want a good seal, I would suggest diluting it 4:1 and doing 2 wet on wet applications over densified concrete
