silicone/siliconate penetrating sealer

I'm having a new garage floor poured next month with a 10 mil vapor barrier ( 40x30 working garage and daily driver parking) and I was originally looking at a topical acrylic sealer, but due to the lack of longevity I was considering a penetrating sealer. All I have to go by for brands is the internet search. I want something that is one and done, but will also survive winter salt, gas, brake fluid etc. That is why I was looking at penetrating sealers. Any suggestions based on reputation or experience?

Densifier with added siliconate waterproofing agent is what you should investigate.

IF I understand this right, I can mop the hd39 on as soon as I can walk on the new slab (roughly 24 hrs) and then wait till the concrete is cured before I drive or put anything else on it?

Can I have the foundation person put this on as they are troweling the floor instead since the framers will want to be all over the slab as soon as they can.

They can spray it on as soon as it can be walked on. Typically, applied when forms are pulled.
