Silkaflex vs Rapid Set

I see that the majority on this forum use Silkaflex to seal expansion joints. Rapid Set self-leveling sealant seems to be a newcommer for this purpose. Silkaflex is Polyurethane and Rapid Set is Polyether so different characteristics. Any opinions would be appreciated.

Just to muddy the waters, we often recomend Metzger and Mcguire RS-88 Polyurea crack filler. It comes in 100 colors to match virtually any floor color.
