I stumbled across this great site while researching how to light my garage. While I still don't have a good idea on that, I am wondering if any of you have come across similar "Garage Enthusiast" forums out there.

Welcome Dirk! I don't think you will find a site anything close to this one in terms of garages/shops. Did you try a search on "lights" or "lighting". There are a ton of great threads on it here.
