Simple 1ph 230V motor wiring Q

Wiring up my coats 9024 tire machine, Confused here as the schematic calls out U V M which is 3 phase nomenclature i believe, lists it as 1ph. My motor has a start and run capacitor, but is numbered with numbers not letters..
Wired my switch how the diagram shows but unsure how to hook up the 4 wires from switch to motor...

Try this, its for 50hz motors but I think that should not mater in wiring

yes that is the same picture i attached (now pics not showing up?)
My question is I dont have letters but numbers on my motor, so not sure how to wire it.
