long time lurker, finally have a nice space to share,

coming from a small single car, with just enough space to park my "toy" this garage is a dream come true.

we moved in mid-july of this year and the garage was first on my list, asked the builder if he could insulate and drywall the garage for me so it was basically ready for prime/paint as soon as we moved in.

here is what I started with

and the car in its new home

first thing I started with is high lift tracking and jack shaft openers for the future lift

after priming/painting this garage ill never paint again!

bike storage and a couple cabinets

wasn't sure what to do with the stairs going into the house, so I thought id try sanding them smooth and staining them, grabbed some laminate to put on the "face" of the stairs and up on floor aswell, trimmed with some chrome transition plate..

old surround sound system and Tv for entertainment while im outside looking at the car haha

one of the car just because

at this point the garage is somewhat done, trying to decide what I want to do for lighting, pot lights or LED strip lighting?

being a new house the concrete is perfect and my cars don't leak so im not sure I want to epoxy or racedeck it just yet..in the pics the concrete looks a little swirly but it was still wet for pressure washing a scrubbing it was an old electric floor polisher.

Great garage you have to work with. ESPECIALLY coming from a single. Awesome move doing the high lift tracks with the jackmount liftmaster. How do you like that flat top Husky box?

Your garage looks great. Did you install the high lift yourself? If you did where did you get it from?

/\ Very true hahaha.

BTW I've got that same car cover, great CT special!

Always afraid of that stupid zipper on the drivers side entrance of the cover..should have used plastic or something not metal.

"Simple" is NOT the word to describe this garage. I see endless potential. That ceiling height is unbelievable. Nice 'Stang as well.

thank you, im partial to the car aswell :)

ive been surfing for a 4 poster lift to take advantage of the ceiling height but a little one on the way has kind of put that on the back burner.

Congrats on the impending arrival. I began my garage project shortly after my little guy was born. He and the garage are pretty much the same age!
