I have a need in a really tight place to to use a 13mm box end wrench. it is very difficult to so it used mostly by feel and a straight end would be helpful.

Does anyone make this tool?

Don't know if it would fit or not, but I bought some husky ratcheting wrenches that are straight. The only draw back is that they are thick. Maybe to thick to where you need to get to.

A ratcheting head is just too big/bulky.

I could fabricate one ...it just seems so simple a tool.

THe wrench on the right in the picture is a Gearwrench

Can you get an obstruction wrench in there? The half moon or "S" shaped ones are usually flat.

I'll rephrase my answer, I've straightened a couple of wrenches when I needed them for tight spots. Just heat with a torch and bend where you want them bent. I have a pretty good bunch of custom bent wrenches I've picked up over the years, just cause I might need them some day.

I have just one like that in my tool box. It's an old British made Garrington 1"AF+7/8"AF (from their Jay series - Garrington's named all their tools after birds), and is probably from the late 50s early 60s. All the Jay series Garringtons were flat profile wrenches for working in tight spaces.

Xtra long zero degree offset double box ends from Snap-On.

We use them all day long for adjusting door hinges on vehicles during door re-installation.

In the end, you're looking for a zero degree offset box end of some sort I assume.

Stahlwille has flat ring spanners. They might work for you depending on how much reach you need.
