huge, bad a$$.
Sorry for all the questions, i'm fascinated by the size of this stuff.
what do you guys use for a transfer case, and i am assuming the bronco has some kind of big block lurking under the hood. I did not see roll cages in these trucks, what's up with that? I realize you guys are not going as fast as we do in the desert, but i will not evan get in a off road truck that does not have a proper cage, seats, harness and fuel cell.

I personally find it appalling and extremely offensive that you use up such valuable resources fabricating these useless machines. You're destroying our world for future generations. I'm sure your contraptions use copious amounts of precious fossil fuel while injuring the planet every time you take one out and play with it. Not to mention that the money that you throw away on these pursuits could be better spent on something useful, like building schools in Kenya.

Nah. Seriously though, that's some cool chit you got there. Where do you source all those axles and running gear? I'm assuming that all that stuff is from old, retired heavy-duty trucks or salvaged from the junkyard.

In the shot of the trans on the work bench, right under it are some huge coils. They look like coils from a train, what are they, they look like a 1" wind or bigger. do you have any photos of the application. What do the drivelines look like that hook up to the rockwells?
Lastly , cage those trucks of yours,if you do end up on your lid, the weight of that running gear will crush a cab at speed. Sorry, i am a safety nut when it comes to my race trucks, cages seats, cell, on board fire system, harnesses, quick power shut off, tethered arms, fresh air helmet's and escape hatch threw the roof. Safety first to race an other day. I know what i do is different than you, but it only takes 1 time

Is it hard to get parts for these rockwell axels? Do you machine your own parts?

Here is what we run in the rear, no where near yours
3.5 4130 tubes, full truss, 10" gears, full floater, dirt tech hubs, 300m gun drilled axels. $$$$$$
http://www.dirt-tech.com/tp_axle_housings_premier.html
dirt tech trailing arms, all 4130, coil over and shock eyes, double sheared in side for protection, works of art.
http://www.dirt-tech.com/tp_trailing_arms.html
Again $$$$$
It is hard to find a balance between weight and strength. Trial and error and more $$$$
I dig what you do. keep it up

Again cool stuff but exactly what is it that you expect to "bump"? Do you have a problem with low flying aircraft in your area?

Thanks, i will stop driving you crazy with questions now. It is just something that they don't do around here and i am intrigued by it due to be fascinating with anything that is mechanical and huge, let alone fun.

Had to trim the mounts a bit for the extra cross member I added to the pull point.

Looks awesome! How tall are your doors to be able to get the truck out of there? Those trucks are great! The bumpers look great. How much time do you have in each bumper?

I wanted the rear frame to subframe attachment to be strong.
So I added 6x6x1/2" plates in the corners
