Ok, questions from a serious garage floor novice:

I have an existing two car garage in a house I will be reoccupying in about 6 months. It is a standard concrete floor (now with some light staining). I am interested in a product like Ucoatit or Wolverine and I only want to do this right and once.
1. The floor must be smooth but not slippery on wet days especially for people. Which is best?
2. The floor must be easy to clean with a broom, and not require much else. I do not want to redo in a few years.
3. I need a professional installer in the Seattle area who knows what he is doing and will not be merely a reseller for do it yourself products that I could get at the local Home Depot. It would be helpful if this company could also install small built-ins also. Suggestions?

4. What should I expect to spend for this (ballpark - std 2 car garage)?

Thanks for any help!!!!

Sorry I have nothing to suggest or recommend, but I am looking forward to your posts of what decisions you made, and why; pictures too please. It would be good to know what's available here in the NW when I'm ready to finish my shop floor.

I'd start by figuring out the search function. There are many threads on the questions you are asking. You'll have better luck if you do a little reading then come back with more specific questions.

Good luck and welcome to GJ. In the future, it would be self serving if you put your location in your profile. Thanks again. And to the Board.....it might be a better idea to "Require" a location in your profile. Just a thought since it is asked over and over again.
