I have a bench top drill press, which I like. Variable speed, no belts need changing...
Anyway, I had it on a bench top for years. Then we moved, and it sat on the floor for a year and a half. I finally got around to making a stand for it.
3x3" angle iron, 3/16"
3' of Schedule 40 ~ 2.25" diameter.
1/8" 12x20" plate for top.
scrap plate
few nuts, few bolts.
$0.99 spray paint from Home Depot
