Ok, Finally got to working on stuff in my garage and set up after moving 2 months ago.....here is how it looks so far dont mind the mess on the left, im in the middle of building a playground in the bac with my sons and that the lumber all over the place.

The super single car from the old house.....

my new 2 car that I can pull a car in and work on it or anything for that matter......
Just ran all of the EMT conduit to the outlets in the garage to panel along with my welding circuit there next to the tombstone......man it is nice to have a functional garage when you need it.....next is to get the fluorescents up with EMT and independent switches for light control.....cant wait!!

Here is a fan idea I came up with.......its a normal 20" fan, i used some 1/2" EMT conduit straps to mount to a 2x4.....then ran a lag screw with some washers on the face and then 3 washers between the 2x4 and the ceiling joist and only torqued enough so that is could swivel...but not move when the fan was on......works great, there are two of them in my garage hanging from the ceiling on the outer edges along the center......you can swivel them any direction....

Thanks for looking thats all for now

Looks like your off to a good start. I like the fan idea. I really wish my ceilings (yes i saw plural as i have different heights haha) were higher to do this.

some cool accents in here, I like the hood/trunk (not sure which to call it) of the old bug there, and roadsigns always make a cool focal point. I did spot some old dog dish caps in your single, you got a place for those yet?

Ingenious fan idea.. might have to steal something like that for myself. Looks great so far.

360 - Yeah, I got a place for those, there is a beam that runs width wise above the garage door, hangs down about a ft. they are all displayed there, i will have to snap a pic and post a shot of them along with the new lights when i get them installed!!

I get a lot of compliments on the fans everytime someone comes in the garage, they really move some air in there.....they are controlled by a switch at the end of the run of outlets on the wall by my workbench, i wont change it.....ever, i think
