The simple answer is that the message you got was a rather impolite attempt to convince you to go to another website rather than this one. That web site's name is blocked out by the software here, since Ryan doesn't want people to use GJ resources to recruit for other sites.

That's my take on it, at least.

If a post is "missing" it likely means the following:

It's actually just in Free Parking and therefore hard to find

It contained material that is prohibited here i.e. religion, politics, drama/insults.

That should just about cover it.
