I have a Simpson pressure washer with a GC 190 Honda motor with 3200PSI. I’ve had it for about two years. It’s always ran amazing with no issues. All of a sudden it’s been running rough and vibrates really bad every time you start to wash anything. When you let off the trigger it about kills the motor and then starts running smooth again. I’ve pulled the carburetor off cleaned it and cleaned the jet as well. I’ve pulled the unloader value off the pump and checked it and it looked to be fine. Still can’t get it to run and wash with any pressure without the unit running really rough. Any ideas, before I pull the pump and put a new one on?

Thanks,
Rich

I did clean the carb with cleaner and the jet looked good. When I pulled the jet out it was stuck and I had to use a small screw driver to pop it out.

Check the inlet screen and wand screen for buildup, and make sure the tip orifice is clear. Ive had restrictions there cause similar symptoms.
