Single layer TLPPC?

Has anyone used just a single layer of TLPPC on their slab, and it work well for them? Trying to see if just one application will seal the concrete without yellowing or lifting.

Under normal circumstances there is almost 0 chance of a single coat staining (when applied over average concrete) . However, until this situation is resolved, I can't in good faith suggest it.

Justin, I know your thoughts, and can appreciate your honesty. However, I'm hanging on to the idea that this is still a good product, and am looking forward to the findings once the 'big brains' finalize the investigation.

USA, when even the sales rep of the product is suggesting you don't apply the product, then you really shouldn't try applying the product. As someone who's stuck with an ugly, faulty TLPPC floor himself, I would whole-heartedly agree with Justin here. Don't try it. Personally, if I could go back I would spend the extra money on a Rust Bullet system.

Where my top coat has peeled, the first coat looks fine and definitely won't lift. I'll put some oil on and see what happens. With one coat, I don't imagine there will b much sheen though. I still love my floor even though it's peeled. It's better than bare concrete and since that first week after being down, haven't had any problems since. Currently doing a engine swap, rolling floor Jacks around and whatnot. Only problem I have is dang outside **** blowing in garage!!

If you just want inexpensive protection for your floor, why not use the ghost shield 8505?

Ghostshield 8505 is not exactly any cheaper than tlppc. At $80 per 250sqft per coat (2 recommended) it adds up quick. http://www.garageflooringllc.com/siloxa-tek-8505-concrete-sealer/

I am also looking for an inexpensive sealer for the garage floor. I stumbled upon 2 products that I am considering but cannot find very much information about them.
First is a 2 part polyurethane sealer that covers 800sqft per gallon, 2 coats recommended.

Not sure what is different about the second product but it is marketed as a single coat solution, 500sqft per gallon

I've got to give it to Justin here for stepping up and being honest about the current situation with TLPPC.

Really hoping something comes down the pipe that can be applied over the current bad batch...
