Single offset 9/16" 12 point tube box end wrench

trying to find out who made this nice old wrench-in excellent condition-except for a few skid marks where PO used a cheater on the handle. Part # is B3753 9/16. Anyone out there have or seen one like this? Looks old but very well made-no info on AA. LMK and thanks for viewing.....Cranky

Looks similar in shape to the old blue point XL wrenches. This may have been a government contract wrench
