An area of concern I see is making sure you have a good idea of the location of the CG of the vehicle font/rear. By extension it's not the ideal lift for removing anything heavy that would shift the CG by it's removal (front/rear subframe, engine, front clip)
Central location would block access to a RWD transmission, exhaust, or other underbody work.
If you're doing mainly tires/wheels, (minor) suspension, brakes, and other small stuff it seems like it'd work great. If I had space and money to burn, I'd buy one as a second lift maybe.
