Hello all, i've been on here for about 3 weeks now and am so full of ideas i have no idea where to start!! this site is awesome and very active!
A little about myself, i'm 25 years old, bought a house with my wife in Jan. 2012. My dad would say that I grew up in our garage. it started with taking apart a dishwasher to see how it works, to VCRs to other electronics. I was in the 6th grade when i first drove a motorcycle. a yamaha PW80. it was awesome.
from the time i could drive to the time i got out of high school, i already had three different motorcycles bought and fixed up and sold.
I went to school for Electronics and hospital electronics. moved to Des Moines IA from SD to work in a hospital. worked there for 2 years and my fiance and i decided to move back to Sioux Falls closer to family. the closest family member to each of us was 6hrs away. not fun. I now work in an electronics repair shop that builds the stadium scoreboards and roadsign billboards.
After making due with apartment garages and no garages i finally have a place to call "Home" again. As anybody knows, you make due with what you have until you can afford to do it better, so now i'm in the slow process of "doing it better."
Hobbies now include hunting, and everything i can do in my garage. I enjoy getting older beat up motorcycles off craigslist and fixing them up into functional machines again. i currently have a 1979 yamaha 750 triple on the table.
I could go on and on, and nobody would read it anyways, so i'll stop now. haha! Thanks!!
