SIPS panels as Ceiling

Is there a limit on how many holes you can drill into a SIPS ceiling panel to put in "slim" LED can lights?

My understanding is it's panel manufacturer dependent and what's more important is where the hole goes, not how many. Consult the manufacturer for guidance

How close do you want them? I'd guess at 3 to 4 foot centers - maybe less - you're fine. But loganb is best answer - ask manufacturer.

Thank you both. I’ve reached out to the manufacturer rep. Also our contractor just want’s to fill the non light ones with foam.

This! I've only wired a handful of homes with SIPS panels and every time there was either notes within the architectural and/or electrical drawings which explicitly outlined what we could and couldn't do with the panels or the GC provided manufacturer guidelines on drilling the panels. Contact the manufacturer or supplier of the panels and get manufacturer specs / guidelines on drilling.
