I’m getting ready to use my main compressor that has sit inside climate controlled area for 4 yrs without being started. The drain valve was open the entire time. The oil was replaced before I put it up before the building of the house. Concerns?

Sounds like you did everything right. Check the oil level on the sight glass. See if you can move the flywheel by hand first if accessible just to make sure everything is freed up. Otherwise, just fire it up and see how it goes!

Open the drain and supply port and run it with no load long enough to warm up, then let her rip, sounds like you did all the right things.
