I have had this ratchet for about 7 months and I have to say this is a ratchet to stay far far away from

It is a Tuff One Ratchet 1/4 Size #48975

The teeth are VERY small it never really ratchets very good.....this surprises me because I have the same Tuff Ratchet in 1/2 and its a great ratchet.....basically recommend staying away from 1/4 size

One of my favorites. Ive got two and one with the 3/8 drive square. You dont need a mega strong ratchet in 1/4 drive... its all about good action

Im a big fan of regular "cheap" craftsmn 1/4 ratchets. Next is SK pro series, then Matco, then Snap On. If u can get a used snap on that has been worn in they are nice as hell to use, but until then, they need WAY too much drag... but the flexhead is a lifesaver

Ditto that... I've got a 1/4" flexhead snap-on thats a few years old. Probably my most used tools. I grab that and my set of snap-on 1/4" deep/shallow metrics in my magnetic "mechanics time saver" and I'm off to the races for most small stuff and interior work. Its a tough little ratchet and that flex head is the only way to fly :)

That's strange, because i have the 40775 (1/4" Tuff 1 flex head) and like it a lot... torque feels just right for most of my 1/4" stuff.
