I have an SK confirmation from a Toolhound at another forum site.....

"SK made unmarked wrenches? Cool, I'm drooling, they look nice."

"Yes, a relative has combo wrenches like that, came from the S-K plant in Defiance, Ohio.

That wood grain pattern was cool in the late 60's."
