This looks like an interesting item to have if your doing fastening and you need the option were a ratchet will give the most torque when required

Here is the link tell me your thoughts

http://www.sktools.com/pc_subsection.cfm?tok=1&SectionID=4&SubSectionID=36

But here is some things I already own which seem like they pretty much do the same thing

Well, the SK bit holders are just replacements for SK bit sockets. you see Sk bit sockets are built in 3 pieces... the bit, the socket, and a little spring retaining clip. In theory its a good ddesign, but, if you are really wrenching on something, and the bit sorta gets stuck in the socket cap, and you pull the socket out, the socket will seperate from the bit.

Oh okay...the way it looked it......looked like a quick release style bit holder for a ratchet style socket If your using it for something that needs alot of torque

Personally I would think that is a good thing...dont want it popping out while having it in use

Are you sure? Craftsman Bits are pressed trogether, so its one solid peice, The SK sockets are a 3 peice design.

Pork...

You need to use the special SK bits... they have a little ring around them, in which the ring clips into.

Yes, you can use whatever sk 1/4 hex bit youd like though
