An update for those interested in SK's socket of the month club. I purchased the first year starting in May '17 and have been picking out sockets ever since! I initially filled in some missing 1/4" sockets and then started putting together sets. When they increased their selection last year, that helped out immensely. So far I have 1/2" 12-pt in 10-19mm and 19/32"-15/16", 3/8" impacts 13-19mm, a flexzone 19mm, and currently working on 1/2" 6-pt 24mm down to 18mm so farcf7bad3dbc96244512a84334abcb74f7.jpg

Really nice.

Got me inspired to join.

I can fill some holes and work on a short set or two.

Thanks for the post.

Bruce

You're welcome! I've been very pleased with the program so far. The free shipping on every order is nice too, as I've placed other orders for various tools when they do sales. It's also consistently quick, I ordered this months socket on Tuesday morning and it arrived today.

Was a member for a couple of years then quit. I got all the sockets I needed and then some where in some cases threepeat or fourpeat and my tool box is filled to it's gills. Didn't need anymore sockets but my favorite is the Flexzone impact they offered once during their rollout of the Flexzones.

I know this is an old thread, but I recently signed up for the SK Club. It seems to be a bit, how shall I put this? Informal on the part of SK.

For the free socket, it says to "apply the coupon code to make it free." But they supply no coupon code. Emails to customer service seem to go nowhere.

Can anyone clue me in as to what I am missing?

Thanks.

Uh, yeah, I get that. I'm not a complete rube. Paid my $50 and have received zero emails, save for that one that customer service responded to a couple of weeks after I first paid my $50.

No other emails. Nada. Zilch.

Same here, no emails but I just copy and paste the code from the first and only email I got after I joined and change the content to reflect this month and year. It works and so far I've received a free socket every month for the last 3 years I'm a member.

Even my first email, which I did not get until I emailed customer service, had no code. I like my SK tools, but this "free" socket and "free" shipping deal seems like hard work just to get the codes from them.

Oh, well, I guess I send another note.

I have run into the same issues . I joined in November and still have not received the 1dt email.
A phone call will get you the code.

Check your spam/junk folder, my first email from SK with the code ended up in my junk email. I believe it gets sent out on the 5th of every month.

I thought it was odd I haven't seen the email come through this month yet, so i stopped by sktools.com and evertyhing i looked at throughout the whole site shows sold out. They even cancelled an outstanding order i had from Feb still. Anyone got any info i may have missed? I'm kind of invested in completing the sets i have been building through SOTM at this point I'm hoping I still can.

I called them before the end of last month because there was nothing to order. A nice lady said they had a plan, but she wasn't invited to the meeting so she didn't know what it was and when it would start.
