SK guys...need help

I've been watching the classifieds on here and finally purchased a "Custom" ratchet to go in my collection. I'm putting together a board with all the different styles of SK ratchets I can find.

What is an SK "Custom" ratchet? Seems to be a coarse tooth style (about 32 versus 62 in their regulsr ratchet). Stamping of the name on the beam (and the chrome, overall) seems much more crude than the regular ratchet.

If anyone has any info about these, and perhaps a timeline when they were built, I'm all ears.

I think it was a lower-priced line they offered, but I don't know when they sold the line.

Yea I am pretty sure that was some sort of economy line that they made. I have had a few of them and they are still fine quality made ratchets.
