I'm sure SK is going to trim down their tool line. They were importing their ratcheting wrenches anyway, so it's probably something they might get rid of. Just a guess.

If you really wanted those wrenches i'm sure you can find them re-branded as something else. I think Blackhawk ratcheting wrenches are the same as the SK. I know their locking flex sets look identical to my SKs.
