SK question

I have a SK set no. 4520T which is 3/8 drive socket set in metal case about 30 + years old I need the plastic socket organizer for the inside is there any hope of finding one? Any information would be appreciated.

Take a picture of the case, I have a plastic sk tray from a 3/8 set, not sure the size though.
