I'm think of buying a 1/2 metric sk socket set 15 pcs. Are all sk socket sets made in USA? Or are do they have a cheap line like Williams do? Because I I want to get the USA MADE ONES...

All SK hand tools currently produced are manufactured in the USA with USA Steel. No exceptions, and no planes to change that. SK has been throwing that line around ever since Ideal bought them out, and I like it!

There were a couple of older tools (ratcheting wrenches, some other random tid bits) that were from offshore, but they were discontinued when Ideal bought SK. Sockets were always made in the USA under all ownerships, so no worries for your case.

I've looked at the 1/2 metric socket sets and the pricing just makes me want to buy the ~48 piece full SAE/MM set.
