Found this early sk toolcart. No sk plate, but has remains of decal. Any ideas on age?

Great cart! I believe that S-K used that decal combined with that green color through WW2. They transitioned to the riveted on metal label shown at the top of the picture after the end of the war.

It might be slightly prewar, particularly if the handles and other trim pieces look to be chrome plated. I have an even earlier socket set box that is actually originally black.

I found it in the tool archives 1943 war issue catalog. It is listed as a tool workbench cabinet, and the page is stamped "suspended"
