Catalog is gone, replaced with an online shop. Seems to work well out of the gate for browsing/sorting. Maybe small companies like Snap-On can take notes on how to roll out a website update that works.

Also means you can buy direct now too but its pretty much full list price.

Note the section for sending project photos which is a nice touch.

Wow nice store.

Sure is great going straight to the source. I remember having to go into town too this one truck service shop to buy Gray Tools tooling. But then they got an online store and I've cut down my trips from two to zero.

Good on SK for riding that digital wave!

Did a test order and surprisingly the shipping costs are still $10 even to Canada!

The prices are s little high...

I think every tool oem that offers direct ordering uses full list price so, as not to undercut their dealers. :dunno:

It's a nice site.

I would have liked to seen the new site launch offer some new product like the 90 tooth ratchet though.:D

It sure seems a lot handier finding what products they offer over the previous web catalog. Good move on SK's part.

Like the site, very clear and easy to navigate!
The full list price kinda gives me "sticker shock",but even Snap on does this to protect their dealers.

Thanks for letting us know. I am a fan of made in USA tools and their website says they are family owned! I would like to add how you can order an SK catalog also.

*Cue people linking to SK's website in future threads to show that they are just as expensive as Snap On while ignoring what they actually sell for*

Website seems to work. Probably the only tool company I can say that about.

This is a great point, actual retail is much less.

Glad they updated the site, it's a great improvement over the old "flip catalog" thing.

That said, one thing I noticed is on their socket sets they don't tell you the range of sockets included (7-19mm, 10-32mm, etc.) Just "13 piece socket set". Strange...

https://sktools.com/shop/13s-13-piece-3-8-drive-6-point-standard-metric-socket-set.html

I noticed that too. I hope they fix that.

Seems like some items aren't listed either. For example, I cannot seem to find this pair of pliers on their website. https://www.harryepstein.com/index.php/pliers-long-nose-25820.html I wonder if that means they are discontinued or haven't been added yet.

Thanks for checking out the new site. As you can see, we're still fine tuning the features and working out the bugs. Check back periodically to see other features that we're going to add.
