Are the SK Tools reward points dead at this point, if not how do you apply them to a order? Still some points showing up on my SK account.
They show up automatically for me during checkout ("Do you want to apply your points" and the amount they're worth). Just ordered something a couple days ago and had that opportunity (though I'm waiting until my next order to use them).

I have went all the way until the "Place Order" button is lite up, but no points/credit shows up.
Sorry to ask a stupid question, but are you logged into your account? They did seem like they had a problem with their site for a while yesterday...

I did last night, of course I bought extra sockets🤣.
I generally buy one when I order the free one, mainly because I hate wasting a 10x8x6 box on a single socket. I've only got a couple months left...

Update: I called SK on Sepember 3, the person answering the phone confirmed I had the points, but did not know what was causing the problem, however they told me that I would recieve a email on the next business day from SK addressing the issue. I haven't heard from SK as of September 13, so I have decided to purchase a different brand of same tool.

Are you an active member of their premium SK club (the pay one with socket of the month)?

I was told they could only be used if the membership was active.

I have never been a premium SK member. I have bought a few SK tools, mostly sockets, but the SK Tools in the SK web store are pretty pricey. I got the Proto equivant for around half what the SK tool price was.
