You need to host the pics on a site like Photobucket first.

Viewing the image in Photobucket, right click and then select "copy image address."

In your post here, click on the little thumbnail at the top of the post window that looks like a mountain with a sun above it. Paste your address into the dialog box that appears, and make sure the final letters are ".jpg"

Your image should then appear.
