SK vs SK with diamond

I have a couple of SK ratchets and they look the same but one just says S-K and the other has the S-K but has the diamond around out. It looks like S-K and the Diamond took Co. were together at one point but is the make of the ratchet the same? Is one better than the other? I have been watching ebay and picking up older ratchets at decent prices, kinda as a collection. There is a 1/2 inch SK with diamond on there that i may pick up but cannot find the difference.

As far as I know there was no relation between S-K and Diamond Caulk, I believe the diamond shape on your wrench is simply part of their earlier trademark and it changed over time. From what I gather its just a logo change for the most part with the diamond being older. I've got a 3/8s and 1/2 with the diamond that are in fair condition. Still get used in my road box. haven't really found a need to grab a 1/4 other than OCD.
