In store.

And each store is different.

You have to go in person to see what is available.

And no...calling them does not work..you have to do the foot work.

I should also note that all the blades (which are made by Bosch) have been marked down to a $1...a screaming deal.

Walmart is dumping its Skil (built by Bosch) tools for Black & Decker.

$70 down to $5.

Happy hunting!

yes it is made by Bosch for the DIY client. Don't think that it is the quality of the Bosch just in a different wrap.

Black and Decker own Dewalt. Do you think that a firestorm drill is as good as a Dewalt?

Companies build under different brands to hit various target markets.

Just saying

I would agree that it is not a Bosch.

But for $5...and the blades in the kit...one cannot lose.

And the blades are Bosch..just not in name.

I found them on the end cap in Kenosha, Wi. But they are only marked down to $50.

No such deal/markdown in the one I checked in NJ. All Skil items were at regular price and sitting next to the B&D items (also regular price).

Yup, and Walmart stores will not pricematch other Walmart stores.

On the topic of Skil tools , if you encounter the 8.5 amp recip saw and its on clearance buy it.
They now have a smaller 7.5 amp in its place.
I purchased the 8.5 amp saw 3 years ago and have beat hell out of it.
For less than 50 bucks its more than paid for its self.
Walmarts "clearance" prices can be a real joke sometimes.
Over a year ago one of the local 3 stores had the B&D rotary tool on clearance for $25.62 , over double the price at one of the other stores. They all disappeared and part way through the Christmas season they showed up again .....
At $25.62.

I couldn't find the Skil deal, but the local Wally world did have a Dremel mm-20 osciallating tool kit on clearance for $69. That is $30 less than normal and even cheaper than Amazon.

Maybe not a Hot Deal, but was good enough for me to bite.

On clearance but for $64. Maybe you found one that was mismarked?

$5 would almost be a good enough deal to get me into Walmart, but not quite. Our Walmart looks like Black Friday everyday, all overcrowded with crazy people.

Yep..that is the one...$5.

I bought 6 of them...2 at one store and 4 at another store.

And the Bosch made blades are $1 a piece...a great deal.

I believe one of the blades goes for $30 normally.
