I broke the clutch on my Skil pwrcore 20V cordless drill and I can't get apart. Also, I don't seem to be able to find a new clutch for it and don't know if it would be cheaper/better to just buy a new drill. ( $50 ) To get to the clutch, I must remove the chuck AND the case. Can't remove case without first removing the chuck. I got the screw out of the chuck but with the broken clutch, the chuck spins/won't lock down so I can't unscrew the chuck from the shaft. I assume the gears are broken. I've already put a lot of penetrating oil on it. No help. I'm totally stuck on how to get it off. I'm hoping someone here might have an idea on how to proceed. Thank you in advance.
