skil wrench. it is an electric cordless 3/8" ratchet that is rechargeable. this is a product of the USA. something an air ratchet needs is knurling on the handle, they made this thing a long time ago. very cool! i have the 1/4" drive version of this. the one in these pictures is my friends

Body was die-cast aluminum and it was a piece of junk. Very low torque and poor battery life.

I have the newer plastic one and their is like no torque at all it cant even take out a bolt put in lightly with a 3/8 ratchet. The old one looks pretty cool!
