I have a detached garage "duplex"-basically a single two-car garage building but it's split between my house and the neighbor's house (I have a one car and he has a one car, separated by an interior wall). All of them in my townhouse neighborhood are like this.
Anyway, in front of the garage doors, there's an apron. Mine is clean and nice. His...not so much.
His is banged up and has weeds, etc. The size is maybe 10' x 7'.
I'd like to find a cheap way to put a coat of cement/concrete on top of what he has to clean it up.
Any suggestions for how I could do this inexpensively and have it last?
Thanks in advance.
