I built a new shop and just joined this amazing site. I have a few questions if some of you would be willing to lend some advice.

I haven't sealed my floor yet but am getting ready to. No oil on floor its 3 months old but there are allot of tire marks on it from driving the skyjack in there. Floor is finished smooth but not burnished. What can i use to clean up these tire marks before i seal it? Light scotch pad?

The floor was poured and i had no walls on it in december then it got cold and i couldn't seal it. Now everything is done and sealing is the last step. Anyone have reviews with using ghostsheild 4500 and 8510 to seal a floor that is used for automotive repair? Is is ok with Gas? or will it peel it up? Any information is greatly appreciated!

If the marks won't clean up with a degreaser and stiff nylon brush, then this stuff here works real well.

There are many who have used GhostShield 8510 and been very happy with the results. It makes cleanup easier and does a good job at resisting stains if you clean them up in reasonable amount of time. It is a penetrating sealer (not a topical coating) so it cannot peel up or flake. You can learn more about it here. https://allgaragefloors.com/oil-repelling-concrete-sealer/
