slab armor or similar

new shop soon. looking for input. i want a floor that looks great after power trowel durable and chip resistant ,, is the slab armor worth it. in my career i've never seen sealer hold up to brake clean i want smooth so when i squeegee it it dries

Check with Slab Armor that once it does it's job will you be able to apply a coating since this appears to act as something that could prevent a coating or sealer from adhering, which would then necessitate grinding to open up the floor to accept anything.

I don't want any coatings. They all fail under auto repair use. I want to know if anyone used slab armor or some other precure treatment.
