Can anyone help determine if water supply goes to kitchen 1st or water heater 1st by photos provided above? Also tell me what lines to isolate if you were trying to determine a leak coming from below kitchen sink but solely see water coming from outside on stucco nothing inside right at thIMG_6703.PNGIMG_6702.PNGIMG_6701.jpge foundation level (red arrow). Hours later, if at all water faintly appears in the middle below sliding glass door as well. 2nd picture is below kitchen sink. 3rd is what is under water heater. Thanks.

Usually the interior water shut-off is the best clue to the location of the main into the house. I have seen them inside vanities, near water heaters and anywhere else you can imagine. However, it looks to me like yours does come in under the kitchen sink (the tee'd line) and there is no shut-off there.

I agree and this has been crazy honestly think I have a record for amount of leaks here. I thought it was there at first because there was a leak and that one was the cause of water coming up through my marble floor right along the wall that divides kitchen and living room. So i repaired that and no more water there but still had a leak here I guess too. 3rd picture is when I noticed leak put some saw dust down to try and track it path. That wall is saturated btw at least a foot n half up from floor already tore it out and venting it out as we speak.

Ya that’s what I’ll probably end up doing just an annoying route I’d have to take because of the sliding glass door and all the windows in here.
This is one of those jobs where you may want to consider bringing in a professional; there are many plumbing outfits that specialize in slab leak re-piping, especially if you live in an area with a lot of slab construction housing.

My niece and her husband live in a tract here in San Diego where many of the households have experienced the dreaded slab leak. Her husband and I have tackled a number of plumbing projects in their house, and when the leak gremlin visited we debated doing the repipe ourselves, but after asking around in the neighborhood we decided to have a local highly recommended repipe company do it instead. Slab repipe is all they do, and it was one of the best decisions we ever made; they were in and out in two days, left the place in better condition than they found it, and (in our eyes) the cost was well worth it (for a 2500SF two-story house with three bathrooms, a bit over $7k for everything - plumbing, drywall, parts - except painting). These guys know how to do the job with minimal destruction and maximum efficiency, and it's definitely worth considering.

In any case, good luck!
