Slab on Grade Vs' TJi Joists

Has anyone penciled out the cost difference between a traditional slab on grade compared to a stem wall and TJI Joists and 1-1/8" T & G ply?

I just calculated out the footing and slab for the house and shop building and I'm just under 99 CY of concrete.

The quote I just got for a 2 ft stem wall was a little more than the cost as a slab on grade. So it should be cheaper for just the slab on grade.

Ultimately might come down to what your load requirements on on the floor
