Slack adjuster tool question

Does anyone know if these automatic slack adjuster tools from snap on take a regular hard handle screwdriver handle? I have all green handles so far so I was wondering if I could get the release tool and just change to a green handle off a screw driver? I am going to try a 5/16 square socket because I'm not to found of the wrench they sale.

I have this set. It works well due to the offset on the wrench, on certain set ups the angle of the head allows for tight clearance to access the adjustment bolt.

As far as changing to a green handle; anything is possible but might not be easy on this one, the release tool is really just about 1" wide 16 gauge metal.

Snap on has a special socket for these that has two squares in 5/16s works awesome on their mini 3/8 swivle head ratchet.for the release tool I use a door panel tool it works perfect and it has a green instinct handle on it.

I bought the 5/16 socket off eBay. Now just to find a release tool. The door panel tool sounds like a good ideal got a number off the panel tool?

Screw driver works as a release tool as well, a little cumbersome, but does the job - I have the orange tools shown above. I like the fact they are orange, distinct and stick out from my screw drivers and ratchets.

I find them hard to use. The wrench always seems to come off the bolt and then you forget where you was and have to start all over lol
