I am looking to put into my garage new Shelves Slatwalls and Cabinets.

Is there a system that will all go together?

I would like to find cabinets that are on wheels or can be used with slatwall systems.

Trying to make my Garage make over look custom.

Any suggestions? Pictures Please?

I have used slatwall in my last two garages and my basement workshop. It is good but not great. They two weak links. First, they collect a lot of dirt and dust in the slots, especially in the garage. The second issue is some of hooks/accessories do not lock into place and have a tendency to either lift up when you take something off or slide when you are trying to put something on.

I am moving into a new house in a couple of months and will not be using slatwall in the garage. I am going to use one of the purpose built tracks that the hook and accessories lock into.

I agree with Rob. I put slatwall on our attached garage where there was just bare studs. Some of the hooks and holders so come off way too easily. Some seem to be configured so they don't come off as easily. I would like to find hooks and holders "lock" into the slatwall slats. I like the way the white slatwall looks.

Just built a 1000sf garage/race shop. Having done the insulation, wiring, interior finish yet. If I can't find slatwall hooks and holders, I am going to look for another kind of interior finish.

Are you listening slatwall companies? There is a business opportunity here!
