Sleeve or entire chuck to replace Jacobs 633c

Hi all,

I am restoring a 1958 King Seeley Craftsman Drill Press.

I was taking apart and trying to clean the Jacobs 633c chuck and unfortunately broke the sleeve in the process.

I am looking for the sleeve for a 633c Jacobs chuck or an entire chuck that would fit that model. The following models would suffice:

633c
34-33c

Especially want one with a collar.
