Hi all;
I've determined the best way to get my new bearings to tightly fit into my garden tractor wheel hub is by using sleeve retainer adhesive (e.g., Loctite green sleeve). The inside of the hubs are pretty worn, preventing a tight friction fit.
My question is how "permanent" will this be? Bearings can usually be knocked out from the backside with a punch and a couple of hammer blows. If I use the sleeve retainer adhesive, will that be difficult or near impossible?
