I haven't seen these before, but I thought they looked cool. Does anyone have them, and how well do they work? (I have no ties to the company, but I included a link if anyone's interested.)

They work, I just didn't like how I have to pull on an angle/offset.

I made one of these about 30 years ago. I simply got a bolt that replaced the adjustment screw in my vice grips and welded it to another bolt that fit my slide hammer. The one place it really comes in handy is pulling the pressed-in dipstick tube out of GM engines. Put a tight-fitting rod or bolt in the end of the dipstick tube, clamp over that end of the tube with the vice grips, and pull away. I probably use it once every couple of years or so, but when you need it, you need it. Of course, other times, it's just a vice grip pliers.

Have the adapter that came with my slide hammer. Don't use it often but it's really handy when you need it.

I made a pair for one purpose. I have a Transite shingle sided house, and removing the nails with a hammer or prybar to make repairs without breaking adjacent shingles is nigh unto impossible. I ground the jaws to slide under the nail head, with a notch to keep from nicking the shank. To get the pulling angle right, I attached the slide with a bracket pinned through one of the pivot pins. Works a treat. I made the whole thing out of the junk pile, made the weight out of some old tractor gears.
Sorry, no pix, but if anyone's interested I can take some in a few days.

Welded up my own. As said before, when you need it, it's worth it's weight in gold lol

I have also seen them very recently. Maybe in Sears or Harbor. Possibly even Lowes or Home depot. Sorry for slimming down the same thing you've already done but i had to try.
Are you doing dent repair? There is a tool that will weld a special nail on the spot you want to pull out on.
From What I'm seeing in your pic, it's just another version of a slide hammer. I'm thinking you probably already know this, but it's designed to pull out dents by using the slide hammer or even just pulling up a small bit on a ding so you can just grind finish it.
These tools are a must own for an autobody technician. I hope I helped a lttle at least.

And i Have to agree with you. They do look very cool, and speaking from experience here, they are just a great all around tool to own. You never know when you mivht be workin a job or something and then run into something that having it on hand would save some real time!

Have been discussed before numerous times. In short they are awesome, especially the ones with a yoke to pull inline with the jaws, and sometimes 90°. Pins, keys, valve packs, dents, stubborn what not all fly out.

I had made one at a place I worked at, came in pretty handy! The task I designed it for went from 1 hour or more down to 15 minutes!

Haha oh man i use those in aircraft maintenance! Used to pull out hard to get actuator bolts and stuff of that sort!
Some attached to different items, bolts and vice grips amongst other items that can be attached to the ole heavy as heck slide rod! Busted a few nuckles and such in my time as well as other peoples haha its more funny when that happens as opposed to hurting my own

Here's mine that I made. I thought it would **** since the vise grip isn't inline perfectly with the slide bar but it works great. Plenty of co-workers ask to borrow it and it's been beat on good and hasn't broke yet. I love it.

Got a price from the local welding store. 32 bucks for the locking pliers but I am pretty sure they don't offer a slide hammer that comes with it. Maybe I'll email strong hand and ask or suggest that they should
