Slides for older Kennedy box and help identifying model number

I have an older Kennedy six drawer box that I would like to purchase some slides to replace a couple that are bent and do not operate well. Is there a source to buy replacements for this box? I do not know the model number but will attach a photo of it , I assume it is mid 1970s?? I also have the bottom cabinet with the two part sliding front door.

Do you have a picture of the slides? As the poster above showed, Kennedy is still very much in business and hasn't changed their friction slides much over time, so odds are they can help you.

The model number I believe is a 260.
