sliding door

Good evening everyone,

Came across this on youtube

It appears he has one of the door/gate pulleys mounted on the track across the door opening and the other pulley is mounted in a track which runs along the wall.

Its the only door I have ever seen hung like that, usually there is a curved section of track which I dont think he is using.

Anyone ever hung a sliding door like that ?

I like it. I can't tell if there's any kind of a bottom track on the side wall. It looks very stable as he opens it. Still tricky to seal the bottom, like any sliding door. My sliders on my barn run in a track I recessed into the concrete, but it gathers all kinds of dirt and leaves.
