I have the slim hex bits as seen in the above link, but what I am looking for is the below in the same shank size as above ( 5/32" or 3.91mm ) that has a right angle keyless chuck.

Man, that is sweet! I was looking for an attachment like that some years ago and couldn't find anything. Going to have to research this adaptor.

i ended up modifying a compact 1/4" drive right angle unit to achieve what I sort of wanted. if it holds up, I'll do the same to a keyless chuck of similar size.
