Any thoughts on the central machinery 40" 3 in 1 shear, brake & slip roller? I was looking for the Grizzly one when I ran across the Central Machinery model. Thanks, Jeff

You do know it's just HF, right? I only ask because you're saying Central Machinery like it's an independent company or manufacturer - - which, of course, is their whole ploy in naming their lines like Central Pneumatic, etc.

Anyway, given that it's HF, you pretty much know what to expect. Have you compared closely with the Grizzly model? It's possible they come from the same factory, or it's possible Grizzly cares enough to spec a better unit and uses a different manufacturer. I say this because it seems all the import 48" box and pan brakes come from the same place, it's just the color of paint and the price tag that varies. From what I've seen Grizzly's is identical to Enco's, just at a higher price.
