Slotwall, how did you use it

I bought a bunch of slotwall (Do-able brand)from home depot on sale. It came in 15X32 sheets. I bought 16. It says you can use standard pegboard hooks but I found out a single loop hook wont work unless I drill a hole for the bottom part that would lock into the normal pegboard.

I am interested in putting up all my box end wrenches, screwdrivers, saws, and possibly pliers. Is there a way to mount a shelf with it>

I was wondering how you guys used yours and what you used for hangars / hooks.

Picctures would be great. Any info appreciated.

Slotwall is really designed for either the 2-peg hooks (side by side), or hooks designed for it as opposed to regular peghooks. If you haven't installed it, I'd consider returning it for regular pegboard, or else look up Store Fixtures in your local yellow pages and see how much the right hooks go for and base your decision from there.

Ebay is your friend. Hundreds of different hooks, hangers and even necklace displays LOL

Hint: search on "slatwall" instead of "slotwall".

yes I have reg. slat wall if you have the one from home depot you might have to use all the hangers from there system.....
